Great memories I was 16 1964 listening to The Who, I can’t Explain, Start of the Mods and me on my chromed up Lambretta — feeling happy. Great memories indeed. Anyone here who had a chromed up Vespa GS or Lambretta in 64? Remember the army Parka coats we wore on our scooters? I was 13 and at school. Me and my friends caught the train to Watford trade hall to watch the who live, what a day.

11 October 1964. 55 years of The who 1964 2019. Fancy a bit of raving R&B? Of course you do. Tonight The High Numbers are at the Beat Scene at Wolsey Hall, Cheshunt in Hertfordshire and you can see ’em for five bob or 4/6 if you’re a club member. I’d call that a bargain. I couldnt imagine how hard it was to replace john entwhistle and keith moon. But theyve carried on and thats great! The music and magic is still there and strong! Pete and roger, rock on forever!
Sarcasm being just one of the many services I offer. Saw the Troggs Moody Blues and The Who and have spent a lifetime worshipping The Who. This tour is going to be very emotional for me and my daughter. See them at The Wolsey in Cheshunt in 66 they were then the Who and just released My Generation played at The Wolsey a few times. 55 years of The who 1964 2019 Thank you for the best memories!
